 how to make veg momos? 1) make the dough (take  1 cup all-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon oil in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon.) 2)   Add 2 to 3 tablespoon water. Do not make the dough soft as then it becomes difficult to shape the dumplings. 3. Cover the dough with a moist napkin or kitchen towel. How to make veg noodles 🍜 1) boiling noodles ( bring 5 cups of water to boil in large pot To cook noodles. Once the water begin boiled rapidly, drop the noodles and let them cook for 3 minutes, when the noodles  are cooked rinse  with cold water and spread oil over the noodles 🍜) 2) Prepare vegetables ( cut some onion 🧅, beans, veggies, garlic, cabbage 🥬 , carrots 🥕, and chili's 🌶️) 3) fry vegetables (Before you begin to fry the vegetable, prepare the sauces by adding 1 tablespoon of soya sauce, chili's and salt 🧂. Then heat the wot, add 2 tablespoon of oil and heat on highest flame 🔥. Add tablespoon of chopped garlic 🧄 and 1 or 2 silt green chili 🌶️. Fry the garlic until it's smells good, after that add Onion and veggies, do not overcook veggies we want crunchy not soft, after few minutes add a boiled noodles and kept it for 2 minutes.
